Policies

We want you to love your pair. If something is wrong when it arrives, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Size exchanges — if the size does not fit, we will swap it within 48 hours of delivery at no extra charge, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original box and in the same condition they were delivered.

Wrong item — if you received a different pair than what you ordered, we will collect it and send the correct pair at our cost.

Returns are not accepted for items that have been worn, have missing tags, or have been damaged after delivery.

To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details and a photo of the item.

Refunds are issued in full if we are unable to fulfil your order, or if the item delivered is materially different from what was ordered.

Bank transfer orders — refunds are processed within 3 working days back to the same account used for payment.

Cash on delivery orders — if a refund applies, we will arrange a bank transfer to you within 3 working days.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, or for items that have been worn or used.

Colombo and suburbs — delivered by hand, usually the same day or next day after payment is confirmed.

Outstation (rest of Sri Lanka) — sent by courier and arrives within 2 to 3 working days. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

All orders are photographed and checked before they leave us. You will receive photos of your pair, including the box label, before payment is finalised.

We currently only ship within Sri Lanka.

All sizes listed are EU sizes. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — our team will advise the best fit for the specific model.

A size chart is available on each product page. Sizing can vary between brands and models, so we always recommend checking with us if you are in doubt.
